Qualifications of Our Evaluator
Meet our Vocational Evaluator, Christopher Skerritt, CRC, CVE, ABVE/F, LRC, a seasoned professional in Transition/Vocational Evaluations. With an educational background in Communication Disorders and Sciences and Rehabilitation Counseling, he brings over 12 years of experience and has worked with 300+ students on Transition/Vocational Evaluation Reports.
A recognized figure in the field, Mr. Skerritt served as the chair of the Vocational Rehabilitation and Transition Services (VRTS) Section of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP) and is a member of the Council of Parent Attorneys and Advocates (COPAA). He has shared his expertise at various conferences, contributing to the discourse on Postsecondary Transition Planning.
Available for in-person evaluations in the New England region and virtual evaluations nationwide, Mr. Skerritt dedicates himself to guiding individuals towards a successful transition from high school and beyond.
Expected Report Turnaround Time
Typically, reports will take 4 to 6 weeks to complete and provide a draft once we receive all documentation and complete the evaluation testing.

Pricing for Evaluation Services
Our pricing for evaluation services is flexible and tailored to the unique needs of each individual being evaluated, taking into account the specific assessment tools used. For assessments requiring travel, costs are determined on a case-by-case basis, factoring in the examinee’s location and the accessibility of the testing site. Please note, additional charges may be incurred for short-notice cancellations or if additional assessments are requested.
Independent Education Evaluation (IEE)
As vocational experts, Kincaid Wolstein Vocational and Rehabilitation Services provides Independent Educational Evaluations (IEEs) funded privately or through school districts.
